Bill Serial Port Monitor is a free software tool that allows users to monitor, log, test, and analyze bi-directional serial communication RS-232 between two devices without the need for a physical cable. It also offers a Protocol Analyser feature to monitor the serial protocol of two different serial devices, as well as the ability to control DSR, CTS, DTR, and RTS.
